I didn't know what to title this blog, but before I start ranting I have to stress that I have a BIG opinion on what I'm going to talk about. Another thing I should mention is that I'm bisexual myself, and completely open and honest about it.
Well I'm not sure where to start, but heres an example and hopefully you will get the jist.
A black man walks into a cafe, and someone makes a racist remark towards him. Everyone jumps on this, and he's eventually thrown out the cafe, with a bunch of people chasing after him.
A gay man walks into the same cafe, and someone makes a homophobic remarks. What happens? Nothing. No drama, nothing.
This bugs me, a lot. I know it's probably because im homosexual myself, but I think it's disgusting. I know they're too very extreme situations, but how can people sit back and just watch people do something like that? Don't you realise someone has just been humiliated, in a lot of cases, publically. It's so harsh. It's happened to me a fair few times, and it's well, three things in my own mind. Awkward, embarassing and offensive. I don't understand how you can jump on something that is wrong, but not on something else thats wrong. You can't change your race, you can't change your sexuality. It's wrong.
This might seem a bit confusing but in my own mind it isn't. And it's an opinion I've had for as long as I can remember.
Comments, and followers. I'm lonely. D; Thankyou for reading.
